The machining technology specialist Milltech GmbH, based in St. Marienkirchen, is taking over Primatech, also based in St. Marienkirchen, through its parent company, ARROW Beteiligungs GmbH. The takeover secures more than 30 jobs and the location in St. Marienkirchen.
As a sister company of Milltech GmbH, the newly founded Primatech GmbH is a reliable and stable partner in the field of sheet metal and welding technology, powder coating and component manufacturing.
“We are convinced that this acquisition makes strategic sense and opens up new opportunities for us to drive our growth and offer our customers an even better complete service,” says Managing Director Mr. Karl Reichinger.
Primatech has faced economic challenges in recent months. With the acquisition by Milltech, the company will now benefit from Milltech’s resources, expertise and market access to restore its competitive standing and realize its full potential.
