In the field of milling, we set new standards in the use of flexible manufacturing systems. Our 12 state-of-the-art 4- and 5-axis machining centers are supported by up to 320 machine pallets integrated into two automated, flexible manufacturing systems. This setup enables us to achieve optimal performance in “High Mix / Low Volume” just-in-time production. These systems are directly connected to our ERP system through a central control unit, ensuring precise interaction tailored to our customers’ needs.

Hermle C20: 5-axis machining center with 120 tools (HSK63), working dimensions of 600 x 450 x 450 mm, equipped with a loading robot.
Hermle C30: 5-axis machining center with 180 tools (HSK63), working dimensions of 650 x 500 x 500 mm, equipped with a loading robot.
DMG DMC 65 H: Horizontal machining center with 180 tools (HSK63), working dimensions of 700 x 700 x 700 mm, integrated with a linear storage system.
DMG DMU 80 P: 5-axis machining center with 183 tools (HSK63), working dimensions of 800 x 1050 x 850 mm, integrated with a linear storage system.
DMG DMC 125 U: 5-axis machining center with 180 tools (HSK100), working dimensions of 1250 x 1000 x 1000 mm, integrated with a linear storage system.
DMG DMC 80 U: 5-axis machining center with 183 tools (HSK63), working dimensions of 800 x 1050 x 850 mm, integrated with a linear storage system.
DMG Milltap 700: 5-axis machining center including a loading robot for workpiece handling.
DMG DMP 70: 5-axis machining center including a loading robot for workpiece handling.
2x GROB G550: 5-axis machining centers, each with 260 tools (HSK63), connected to a PROMOT Palmaster pallet system with 72 pallets.
