Series production of complex turned and milled parts.

Milled parts up to a maximum part size of 1,250 mm x 1,000 mm x 1,000 mm (LxWxH) can be machined on state-of-the-art 5-axis or 4-axis machining centres.
We machine turned parts up to a maximum diameter of 500 mm and a maximum length of 1,000 mm.

Thanks the our unique automation concept in our milling department, we are your dependable partner for the just-in-time production of series components in annual quantities of 50 to 10,000 units.

Our 12 machining centres are loaded via two fully automatically operated pallet racks with integrated handling robots that can accommodate up to 320 different machine pallets. This enables parallel processing of a wide range of products.

Automatic bar machines, robot loading systems and pick-up magazines support series production in our well-equipped turning shop.

In addition to mechanical processing, we also offer complete assembly with well-equipped assembly workstations.

The perfect branding of components can be customised to your wishes using our in-house laser marking system.
