Expansion of our machine fleet

With the expansion of our machine fleet in spring 2023, we once again invested in flexibility and quality. We purchased a further turning/milling centre, a Mazak Integrex i250H including bar loader and loading robot. This machine is equipped with a Hainbuch quick-change clamping system and a tool magazine with 112 tool slots. This has given us unbeatable flexibility when it comes to complex turned-milled parts, whether as bar machining or as chucked parts.

Additional investment in coordinate measuring technology

We have also expanded our existing resources in the field of coordinate measuring technology. With the acquisition of another KMG ZEISS Duramax, with a measuring range of 500x500x500 mm, we are now able to carry out our precision measurements even more efficiently and accurately. This once again underlines our clear commitment as a supplier of highly sensitive and complex components with the highest documentation requirements for critical applications.
